Oracle Database Instance Configuration
1. Each Database Instance is associated with one and only one database 2. Multiple database on the same server then there is a separate and a distinct database instance for each database. 3. Database instance can't shared. 4. RAC Database usually has multiple instance on separate server on the same shared database. 5. The same database is associated with each RAC Instance.
